Singapore Airlines recently took delivery of its third Boeing 777 freighter which will operate exclusively for DHL express on a multi-stop transpacific route. The partnership between Singapore Airlines and DHL was announced in March 2022 and will see a total of five Boeing freighter aircraft flying for DHL. Two more aircraft are yet to be delivered.

The aircraft will operate under Singapore Airlines air operators’ certificate but will conduct business for DHL Express. The route mainly includes destinations in South Korea and US.

All five aircraft will be operated and maintained by Singapore Airlines and sport a dual DHL-Singapore Airlines (SIA) livery. DHL has confirmed that once all the five 777s are delivered and commence commercial operations, the company will operate on routes between the United States and Singapore via points in North Asia and Australia
