Dublin Airport Authority (daa) wants to put up two aircraft noise-monitoring terminals (ANMT) systems at the Irish capital’s airport.
The installation would be part of a 23-terminal system to monitor aircraft noise which was ordered by Fingal County Council in 2021.
The proposed two-terminal addition followed a number of complaints raised by residents near the airport about aircraft noise after a new runway was opened in August 2022.
