IAG Cargo has appointed Jenny Critchley as chief transformation officer.

Critchley, a former British Airways head of transformation, “will focus on expanding IAG Cargo’s digitalisation and sustainability efforts, whilst driving productivity, new business solutions and further growth opportunities”, the cargo division of International Airlines Group (IAG) said.

She will be taking over from David Rose, who was recently appointed to a new role on the IAG Cargo executive team as director of London operations.

“Jenny will support the business to evaluate the prospects of new opportunities, champion key strategic initiatives, and deliver on our multi-year transformational priorities to deliver a better service for our customers,” said David Shepherd, chief executive of IAG Cargo.

“I believe we have a great opportunity to build upon the excellent work that has been achieved so far, to enhance the end-to-end experience of our customers and I am delighted to be leading this exciting, business-wide transformation,” said Critchley.
