HAECO signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vocational Training Council (VTC) to train future aircraft maintenance engineers and technicians. As a part of the agreement, both the companies will collaborate on a range of educational and training activities to provide VTC students with a strong foundation to pursue career opportunities in aircraft maintenance.
“We are super excited to support our young community on self-development, leadership education and most importantly, technical training. As HAECO Hong Kong and VTC are HKAR-147 approved training organisations of the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department, our closer collaboration will help students meet the regulatory requirements necessary for a future career in the aviation industry,” HAECO said in a release.
HAECO Hong Kong will work closely with VTC to nurture students through its diploma programmes by initiating hangar visits and work-based learning.
