AFI KLM E&M and WestJet have inked a Letter Of Intent to sign a contract for maintenance and support for the GEnx engines equipping the Canadian carrier’s fleet of 10 Boeing 787-9s. AFI KLM &M will monitor WestJet’s GEnx fleet using its Prognos for Engine data analysis and predictive maintenance system. This is the first major contract between the two groups.
