ATITECH has signed an agreement with Rostec and Technodinamika JSC, to create and develop an MRO facility in Moscow.

On January 25 in Moscow, Rostec CEO, Sergey Chemezov, and Technodinamika JSC CEO, Igor Nasenkov, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ATITECH’s president and CEO, Giovanni Lettieri, together with the managing director Pietro Pascale, to create and develop MRO business on airframe, engine and components in Moscow. On June 7, 2018, a Russian and Italian joint venture company was incorporated in accordance with Russian legislation.

The hangar will be built within two years and in the meantime Atitech will train the Russian engineers in its PART 147 Training School, based in Naples.

“With this agreement Atitech continues its international development with a strong partner; I’m proud to export the Know How and expertise of this Neapolitan reality as Atitech in Russia,” said President Gianni Lettieri.
