MINT Software Systems, which manufactures training management solutions for the aviation industry, has signed a new service agreement with Spirit Airlines for the implementation of the web-based training management system MINT TRMS.

MINT TRMS allows training planners, instructors and crews with “anytime, anywhere” online access to their training schedules, electronic grading forms, reports, learning materials, and other training related data. It simplifies and optimizes the management of instructor schedules, classroom distribution, student allocation and the planning and optimization of flight simulator schedules.
The agreement with Spirit Airlines includes the MINT hosted (SaaS) MINT TRMS Premium Edition for the effective management of training schedules, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and performance analysis capabilities, as well as the integration to various IT systems including the crew rostering system used by Spirit Airlines.
