Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has chosen Hitit Computer Services to support its services with several IT solutions. According to the agreement, PIA will process its operations via Hitit’s solutions in the passenger service systems, operational planning and accounting areas.

Hitit will play a vital role during digital transformation process of Pakistan International Airlines.

Kashif Rehman Rana, The Chief Systems Officer of PIA, said: “I appreciate that Hitit has joined PIA as the new service provider. As a customer-centric airline, PIA has always been aiming to provide world-class services for its travellers.
