Embraer has signed a Pool Program Agreement with Mauritania Airlines to support a wide range of repairable components for its two new E175s.

Embraer delivered Mauritania’s first E175 at the end of March and the second E175 is slated for the second quarter of 2019. Mauritania Airlines is the first E175 operator in Africa.

The multiyear Pool Program Agreement includes full repair coverage for components and parts as well as unlimited access to a large stock of components at Embraer’s distribution center.

Additionally, Embraer is offering a door-to-door solution to minimize the logistical burden for the customer and the onsite stock, which is the inventory of NO-GO components Embraer provides at the customer’s facility.

“The support of the OEM is the best choice for Mauritania Airlines and our new E175fleet. It will allow  us  to  reduce lead  times  and  costs of  our  daily  operations,  guaranteeing  efficiency  and competitive results,” said Emal Mint Mawloud, CEO of Mauritania Airlines.
