A Boeing 737-700 owned by Arik Air has suffered major damage only one day after the airline announced the relocation of its Lagos- Port Harcourt operations to the terminal two of Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA2). Ground handling equipment belonging to the Skyway Aviation Handling Company (SAHCOL) bumped into an Arik Air aircraft at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Two (MMA2), Lagos on Sunday.

The incident has been reported to the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).
